Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance through various communication channels. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and maintain database accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services through effective communication.
- Purchase Corrugated supplies through the Encore ERP when required.
- Process orders through Encore ERP
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM or similar software systems.
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
