Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing refrigeration and heating systems in commercial and industrial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various refrigeration and heating equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (COR)
  • Train apprentices
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and teams

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic license
  • Gasfitting license
  • 4+ years experience in the HVAC/R Industry
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety
  • Valid driver's license
  • Well organized
